Return & Exchange Policy

The company cannot refund an order once it has been delivered and accepted.

If a product is deemed damaged during the order fulfillment process and the package is opened, there will be a full refund. If it was established that the damage occurred before the packaging had been opened (i.e. the shipping box), then there will be no refund issued.

Cancilation policy 

At Rukhde.com, we strive to be the best in our business and to provide a level of service beyond what's expected. Therefore, we offer a liberal cancellation policy on most items by offering consumers a full refund within 7 days of purchase – no questions asked.

Cancellations may be considered if they are requested less than 24 hours after the order has been placed. However, cancellations are not entertained if the orders have been communicated to vendors or merchants, who have already initiated the process of fulfilling them.

No cancellations are entertained for any product that Rukhde.com  marketing team has obtained on any special occasions like Diwali, Valentine’s Day, and so on. These are limited occasion offers that cannot be canceled due to their marketability.

In case you receive a customer durable item which is damaged upon delivery or any customer nondurable item which is defective on receipt, we would ask that you please report it to our customer care team. We want to confirm the same for ourselves so that we can provide you with a replacement without any inconvenience caused to you or us. You will need to tell us about it within 1 day of receiving the items; otherwise, give it a fair amount of time before informing us about the damage or defect .

In case you feel that the product received is not worth the price, or as good as it was posted on site, or different than what you expected, we ask that you bring this to our attention within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our customer service team will take a look at your complaint and may even send out another product if there is sufficient reason to do so (for example: too damaged during delivery). We will make sure to take appropriate action if deemed necessary. After all, we would rather have a happy customer than one who feels scammed.
